Jeanne Hendricks is a highly respected Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board-Certified Sports Dietitian with over a decade of experience in sports nutrition, health, and wellness. A former Division I student-athlete, Jeanne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Towson University, where she discovered the transformative role of nutrition in athletic performance and overall well-being. She furthered her expertise as a health teacher in Maryland and an assistant softball coach at West Chester University, where she also completed her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Recognized as a trusted expert, Jeanne specializes in translating complex nutrition science into practical, impactful strategies. She has developed and delivered educational programs, webinars, and media content, including engaging healthy cooking videos focused on sustainable and approachable ways to support sports performance and health.
Jeanne has worked with thousands of clients across diverse settings throughout her career, combining evidence-based approaches with relatable frameworks to inspire lasting change. As Clinical Education Project Manager, Educational Content Developer, and Speaker, she collaborates with global leaders to create continuing education and client-facing materials that effectively bridge the gap between science and practice.
