Chipotle Crema

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight in water or for 20 minutes in boiling hot water

1 clove of garlic

Juice of one lime 

1 Chipotle pepper, canned in adobo sauce plus 1 Tbsp of the adobo sauce

1/8-1/4 cup water

Add ingredients to a food processor or Nutra-bullet and blend until smooth, add water slowly until desired consistency is reached.  

Use as a flavorful topping for my jalapeno black bean burger power bowl
